His professional background is within Marketing, Client Management and as Commercial Training Manager in the UK and Ireland at GE Capital (General Electric) which led him into the world of Leadership development.

Since 2011, Brian has been delivering and developing Sales & Leadership training programs for both multi-national and University MBA programs. He has consulted for blue chip companies including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Baker Hughes, BP, General Electric, Lufthansa, Hewlett Packard & Reuters. On the academic side, developing MBA students soft-skills for HEC University Paris, Lancaster University UK and New York University.
He has trained and presented to over 10,000 people at a variety of venues and business conferences. His global experience includes face to face training delivery in 18 countries including: Belgium, China, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, UK, UAE, and the USA.
Brian is a 6-Sigma certified Black Belt. He is a DiSC & Emergenetics Behavioural Assessment certified trainer. Brian is certified to deliver simulation based courses including Change Management, Working In a Matrix & Decision Making.
